with the rapid development of fresh products e-commerce, high distribution costs seriously hindered the development of fresh products e-commerce. Since vehicle routing and vehicle filling are two important components of the distribution optimization, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research to improve distribution efficiency and reduce distribution costs. This paper uses the existing results fully to analyze the relationship between vehicle routing problem and vehicle filling problem, and gets the best optimization program of distribution by integrated optimization research which combines the two problems which are related and restrictive each other in distribution. The main works of the paper include building integrated optimization mode, designing improved genetic algorithm and using them to optimize distribution program of JSY company.Firstly, This paper introduces the development status of fresh e-commerce, as well as the main problems, summarizes the research results home and abroad in the single optimization and integrated optimization of vehicle routing problem and vehicle filling problem. According to the distribution characteristics of the selected study subject-JSY company, this paper builds 2-dimension vehicle filling and vehicle routing problem integrated optimization mode. This paper converts the multi-objective optimization for single-objective optimization through using the importance coefficient transformation and normalization process to make the model more streamlined and easier to solve.Secondly, this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages between exact algorithms and heuristics according to the model features. Based on the applicability and effectiveness of algorithm, this paper adapts the improved genetic algorithm to solve the integrated optimization problem. To make the calculation more accurately and efficiently, while meeting the need to solve specific optimization problems, this paper improves the genetic algorithm and designs the algorithm by writing M files and using genetic algorithm toolbox functions in Matlab software.Finally, this paper optimizes a part of distribution task of the JSY company by using the integrated mode and improved genetic algorithm. The optimization results validate integrated optimization model and improved genetic algorithm is effective for distribution efficiency and cost optimization.
