| In view of the fact that changes in market conditions uncertain factors on project economy, we must build an assessment system of the decision-making for innovative projects to adapt to rapidly changing market. In this paper, take the wuzhou Plaza of Deyang distributed energy supply system of the new energy supply system as an example, according to the project feasibility study program, establishing a framework for the project feasibility study, the need in this framework of the development of distributed energy, project technical feasibility, economic rationality, environmental protection projects, operation mode, project risk analysis, risk management and other aspects of the project feasibility analysis.In this paper, the theory related to the project management profession, combined with the overall planning of Deyang Wuzhou Plaza natural gas distributed energy projects, and assess the overall energy requirements of the project, according to the energy demand system configuration proposed project, the overall project plan for energy. For the project during the operation that could affect the environment of proposed control measures plan accordingly. By studying the contents of the above, compared to select the best investment plan to guide management practices of the project.Finally, the project risks of DeYang Wuzhou Plaza distributed energy which may arise during the implementation was analyzed; then the policy, resources, technology, and operation of risk management and control plan were put forward and the appropriate risk response measures were also developed。 Meanwhile, the efficient use of energy and significant economic benefits were achieved。THe results of this study provide basic analytical framework and specific basis for the future implementation of the project. |
