The structure and working principle of reciprocating compressors, and the valve structure and working principle are described, after the disclosure of the principle of a detailed analysis, an overall solution of leakage fault diagnosis, which is based on acoustic emission technology, is proposed.3. Each system module design is completed, including the signal acquisition system, the data processing system. The signal acquisition system is integrated with sensors, signal conditioning, AD conversion, data transmission and other functions.
