Workpiece internal defects damage directly or indirectly affect the efficiency and security of the whole system performance, the paper is widely used in industry of cyclotron pieces of internal defects in ultrasonic flaw detection as the research background, according to the principle of sound waves sound field simulation model is established, and in the test for the acoustic field distribution characteristics, in the process of defect echo characteristics and the main research method to reconstruct the defect shape and position. In this paper, using the ultrasonic pulse echo detection technology around the outer edge of workpiece, through the analysis of the defects of echo signal of carrying information, effective judgment to identify the location of the defect information. With two kinds of cylinder and cone whirling pieces as the research object, respectively from two perspectives of the axial and radial to simulate the workpiece internal acoustic propagation process, analyzes the interface and defects in sound field distribution. In terms of sound field simulation combined with pseudo-spectral method and finite difference method to establish the three-dimensional acoustic field model of time and space, Design of ultrasonic simulation model can be achieved, according to the dynamic imaging to detect sound field distribution of different defect detection is conducive to the spread of the sound wave path analysis and judgement, and this model can achieve 360 degrees of echo signal of comprehensive data collection, compared with the echo data of artifacts for a week, to verify the effectiveness of the simulation and accuracy. According to the principle of ultrasonic transmission of the reversible, using sound field simulation model applied on the workpiece circular boundary.
