With the emergence of the thermobaric bomb, the research of heat damage has becomes a focus at home and abroad. The temperature and heat flux are two different parameters evaluating explosive heat damage. The radiation measurement with heat flux sensor is less affected by environment factors than the temperature measurement with thermocouple, and the former has a shorter response time of 51 μs than the later. Therefore the heat flux is suitable for thermal damage evaluation. But most people are accustomed to evaluate the thermal damage with temperature, so it is significant to study the relationship between temperature and heat flux.In this paper, the principle of temperature and heat flux theory was presented. Based on the Gordon heat flux, the static and dynamic models between heat flux and temperature were developed.(1) According to the heat absorption of sensors, the static transform model was built and the correctness was verified by the experiment which was conduct in the thermotank.(2) Based on the recursive least square method, the dynamic transform model was built and the model parameters were estimated through leading in the recursive maximum likelihood methods(with special filter).`A new method was put forward to verify the dynamic model. But the experiment based on this method has not been conduct because of limited experiment conditions. The temperature and heat flux test system were designed according to test environment. The temperature and heat flux signals was acquired after experiment. Using those signals, a parameterized dynamic model was obtained, the similarity up to 0.854. Experiment results shown that it is correct to establish the relationship between temperature and heat flux through second-order model. Temperature which is obtained by heat flux and dynamic model is similar to the measured temperature, all of those view proof that using the method mentioned in this article on the research of heat damage is feasible.
