With the continuous development of economic construction, the traffic construction is also in full swing. The bridge construction is springing up everywhere; the span continues to increase in different styles of bridges, such as simply supported bridge and continuous bridge, arch bridge, suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridge and so on. The construction of cable-stayed bridge in recent decades has presented a rapid development trend. Because of its large span, and its own stability this bridge has got the favor of the designer. Especially the prosperity of shipping has a great Influence in promoting the construction of the cable-stayed bridge. In the 21 st century, the earth entered the earthquake period, the earthquake is considered as a kind of natural disaster, which cannot be predicted and often do great damage to daily life and property. Therefore the research on the seismic analysis of cable-stayed bridge is very important. In order to ensure the safety of bridge and the service life of the bridge under the action of earthquake, the seismic analysis of bridge is a power in the contemporary, and will benefit future generations.In this paper, the following works are carried out for the seismic analysis of cable-stayed bridge:(1) This paper summarizes on the construction of cable-stayed bridge at home and abroad, analyzes the mechanism of the earthquake, and reduction of cable-stayed bridge isolation research status are reviewed.(2) This paper gives a comprehensive summary of bridge seismic analysis method, analyses the commonly used method in seismic analysis, including the static method, response spectrum method and time history analysis method.(3) This paper analyzes different methods of reducing vibration isolation, including lead rubber bearings, viscous dampers, etc.. The relevant parameters of lead rubber bearing are obtained by experimental study. The anther uses Midas software to simulate the lead core rubber bearing with finite element method. The improvement of seismic isolation analysis of cable-stayed bridge lays the foundation for further research.(4) This paper simulates the cable-stayed bridge model by finite element software Midas/civil, and analyzes the seismic situation of different arrangement of the stay cables. With the purpose to provide some basis for bridge seismic.
