Based on the high ground temperature of tunnel lining concrete as the study background, there is a problem about the performance of concrete lining was seriously affected tunnel environment of high temperature. Adopting the method of simulated high temperature tunnel actual temperature and humidity environment, through uniform design method and the analysis of the concept, temperature, cement content, sand ratio, water cement ratio, fly ash content and so on were studied to clear the change rule on the mechanical properties of concrete, and we have summarized out the concrete first or secondary influence factors and the regression equation in different curing and age of the primary. Finally combined with acoustic emission monitoring system, this paper analyzes the change rule of acoustic emission signal about the concrete in compression, furthermore, we can summary the destruction mechanism of concrete in different environment and age to provide a basis reference and data support for practical engineering and related research.Research conclusion as follows:(1)By comparing concrete mechanics performance in the environment of high temperature and the curing standard environment, proves the reasonable high temperature environment can promote the development of early concrete, but inhibit the development of the later strength of concrete; When the temperature exceeds a certain definition of value, the environment of high temperature has inhibitory effect on concrete early and late strength.(2)By the regression analysis of the concrete compression strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus in the different high temperatures and ages, we can conclude the correlativity between all the factors and concrete mechanical properties or elastic modulus in the different ages, also the regression equation of concrete compression strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus in different ages and the factors was established.(3)Based on the acoustic emission hit count, energy, ringing count analysis, it is concluded that the concrete in the process of compression damage comply with the laws of three phase change and two peaks, which can analysis of the damage mechanism of the concrete compression strength effectively.
