With continuous popularization and application of urban subway, the subway station deep foundation pit engineering support research has gradually become one of the most focus in geotechnical engineering. Because of the foundation pit supporting structure design are too conservative the necessity of the waste is optimized; Zhengzhou region mainly silty clay, difference and not copy. And scholars field monitoring, the principle is deep foundation pit in metro station design and numerical simulation of three contrast optimization study is relatively small, research is rare, so it is necessary to carry out optimization study of zhengzhou area supporting pile.Taking zhengzhou city rail transit line 5 & shangyingjie station and field monitoring for deep excavation support engineering background, through the field monitoring, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, to achieve security, economic and reasonable principles apply.According to the deformation regularity of deep foundation pit supporting structure at home and abroad, optimization design and numerical simulation study.Using principle is deep foundation pit 7.0 software to design of retaining piles, using ABAQUS software in subway foundation pit supporting structure and surrounding soil displacement force was simulated. Specific contents are as follows:(1) Optimization method based on the deep foundation pit supporting structure at home and abroad and deformation law; This paper introduces the deep foundation pit supporting structure; In this paper, the research contents and technical route are introduced.(2) In zhengzhou rail transit line 5 business street station deep foundation pit standard and big journey the excavation support as the background, this paper introduces the general situation of the subway deep foundation pit engineering, subway deep foundation pit engineering geological conditions and surrounding environment of deep pit, foundation pit surrounding buildings, deep foundation pit supporting system and the support condition.(3) Introduces the purpose of subway station deep foundation pit deformation monitoring during construction, monitoring contents, methods and control targets, to study the deformation of deep foundation pit engineering in the process of the changing rule of the horizontal displacement, ground surface settlement.(4)Theory is based on Beijing, deep foundation pit software design in the process of excavation and supporting of deep foundation pit supporting structure of the earth pressure, displacement of pile, steel support axial force and shear stress values, and the design results were compared with the monitoring data from.(5)Using ABAQUS software numerical simulation, the subway foundation pit supporting pile for foundation pit excavation and support of the supporting structure and the surrounding soils during the displacement stress results and analysis. The monitoring data, the design results and simulation results, the three are studied as the supporting system of foundation pit excavation and support of the change law of displacement of the pile body.Richard is supporting pile analysis calculation results and the software of ABAQUS simulation optimization pile expected safety reliability and rationality of cost analysis to achieve. For the subsequent zhengzhou subway engineering design and construction provides a certain reference information, to provide reference for similar project.
