Sealing performance is a key indicator of industrial sealing components, and leak testing to ensure the sealing performance is one of the most critical means. In order to ensure the quality of seal products, each product requires air tightness inspection before they go out. Therefore, developed a set of high accuracy, good automation and low price air tightness detection system, has a great significance for enterprises.The content of this paper related to medical equipment, it carried out air tightness test of the seal flap valve of puncture device for minimally invasive surgery. In minimally invasive surgery, the establishment of a working channel at the surgical site through the puncture, endoscopic instruments for diagnosis and treatment of lesions. Intra-abdominal pressure and the pressure in vitro is different, the flap valve is essential to ensure that the puncture does not leak. Therefore, for this issue to develop a flap valve leak detection equipment, it can achieve a plurality of flap valve tightness to detect automatically, to improve product yields and to improve the detection efficiency for enterprises has practical value. The contents of this paper include:First of all, studied several of air tightness detection method, and analyzed the applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages of some air tightness detection methods, it selected flow detection method for system under micro-pressure characteristics, and design the plan; Secondly, based on the computer as the core, selected the key components of the experimental platform and designed the interface circuit, build an experimental platform for the air tightness detection system; Third, developed a system of measurement and control software based on Lab VIEW, the functions of the software part include:data acquisition, parameter setting, increased pressure control; pressure stability, data display, data storage and management, and other functions; Finally, the leak detection system was studied experimentally, including the voltage regulation performance of the system, the accuracy and repeatability of the measurement results. The test results show that the system has a good stability, and meet measurement requirements.
