Time delay vibration theory has been proposed nearly thirty years so far, the theory has achieved fruitful results in the vibration suppression of linear and nonlinear systems, time-delay damping theory can be said to have been more mature, and put forward the theory of fractional calculus time is even shorter, but it has the superiority of integer order calculus incomparable in the constitutive relation of viscoelastic material aspects. Suspension system is a typical vibration system, has certain representativeness, and it is close to people’s daily life, the damping demand is also urgent, Therefore, this paper makes a series of research based on the vehicle suspension system.Firstly, the mathematical model of fractional order skyhook suspension system with delay considering was established, and the establishment of the characteristic equation of the system based on the dynamic equations of the operation, stability has been analyzed with Gao-Zhe algorithm of fractional order skyhook suspension system. On the one hand, proved the practicability of the Gao-Zhe algorithm for stability analysis of fractional order algorithm time delay systems, on the other hand also proved the delay as a disadvantage, in the design of control strategy must be fully considered, ignore its existence, will have unpredictable consequences.Secondly, introduces the damping principle of time-delay dynamic vibration absorber, and take the electric vehicle use battery quality as delay dynamic vibration absorber for example, discussed the damping effect of suspension system of delay dynamic vibration absorbers in the definition of fractional calculus. The results show that in the main guarantee system stability while using delay damping theory still can achieve the ideal damping effect.At last, with the understanding of principle of damping absorber of integer order time delay and Gao-Zhe algorithm, design a fractional delay dynamic vibration absorber, and proposed the method to determine the specific practices of absorber parameters through the reverse derivation of Gao-Zhe algorithm, then the numerical simulation results show that the fractional time delay dynamic vibration absorber with active tuning function, make it both in the resonant frequency of the main system or other frequency point has good damping effect.This paper is made based on the full understanding of delay vibration theory, which introduces the theory of fractional calculus to ensure the advanced research content, put forward fractional order delay dynamic absorber with two theory combined is tantamount to help development of time delay vibration theory in the field of fractional calculus and bait a piece of jade with a brick.
