Nanning area widely spread mudstone of palaeogene, In the construction, the deterioration of the mudstone often leads to slope sliding, foundation pit collapse and softening problems of foundation, causing great economic losses, also often cause some safety accidents. Previous studies more focus on the result of water-rock interaction, while ignoring the temperature on the influence of argillaceous rock such soft process, because the temperature of argillaceous rock damage degree, is directly related to the effect of water and rock interaction.In view of the above factors,In this paper, We use the samples of retrieved from scene to reshape, using the model test and small sample test to comprehensive analysis and study the effects of temperature on mudstone. First mudstone in mudstone under the influence of the temperature field distribution and the change of the internal temperature field and moisture content. The small sample experiment research on mechanical properties of mudstone under different temperature conditions and rational water quality changes, and will feedback the samples test results on the model test, comprehensive analysis the influence of temperature on the mudstone in different depth and the change rule.Through model test in combination with small sample test result Summarize as follows:(1) the temperature of mudstone ability largely depends on the moisture content of mudstone, the surface layer of mudstone is easy influenced by temperature, moisture migration fast outward causing moisture content is reduced, decreases in the specific heat of mudstone damage are more likely to happen; And deep mudstone are influenced by temperature, moisture migration outward slowly to moisture content changed little, specific heat capacity is relatively constant, mudstone of the injury is not easy to happen. (2) the higher temperature the drying of mudstone (surface) specimens collapse under the influence of water the faster the speed, the temperature for the high moisture content of mudstone (deep):the collapse velocity of the sample will have little impact (3) the role of temperature in mudstone mainly water as a bridge to influence of the moisture content of mudstone, thus affect the mechanical and thermal properties of the mudstone and water properties, temperature for mudstone influences directly the internal friction Angle has no apparent, but can make mudstone moisture content is reduced so that the internal friction Angle increase. (4) through model test, the temperature and moisture content along the depth direction of the gradient mudstone affected by the temperature according to different divided into three layers, respectively is: fluctuation layer, transition layer and the stability.
