| Fuel cell is a kind of the new energy source generation device. The chemical energy of the fuel cell is a kind of fuel by electrochemical reaction, directly converted into electrical energy power generation device. Semiconductor refrigerating unit is the core device based on the peltier effect of semiconductor materials, which does not use refrigerant refrigeration. These two devices are little impact on the environment of the new green equipment, thus its application can greatly reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases. But, there are shortcomings of Fuel cells, its dynamic response speed is slow, long running lead to its voltage and current be changes of soft features, and energy efficiency is low. When Power supply system of Fuel cell grid-connected cause serious harmonic problems, which makes the power quality greatly affected.In this paper, according to the characteristics of fuel cell and the change of the load, the regulated power and harmonic suppression system control of fuel cell is designed to control the storage battery charging and discharging, realize the power stable supply of load voltage, and reduce the harmonic distortion when grid-connected. Firstly, the problems existing in the fuel cell and the research state of regulated power supply system and the harmonic pollution of grid-connected is analyzed, and the research status of hybrid power supply system power management and the research state of APF are introduced. Then, the development of fuel cells, working principle, features, etc. the structure of the fuel cell power stable supply system according to the load characteristics of the semiconductor cooling device are presented. Third, the voltage stability control system is designed according to the characteristic of the fuel cell output voltage and current.
