The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Through the collection of literature and access to information to understand the domestic and foreign research on this aspect, put forward their own research content and research significance;(2) This paper discusses the theory and application of GNSS positioning, analysis GNSS technology advantages and disadvantages in the deformation monitoring.(3) In addition, focusing on GNSS deformation monitoring network design, data processing methods and error analysis.(4) In practical application through the construction of the Shenzhen Ping An finance building deformation monitoring, building height, length, the building of the swing, according to the various periods of time deformation and that the building deformation and temperature, wind speed is linear positive correlation.(5) By monitoring the operation of the Qizi bridges in Yinchuan, the deformation of the data of each phase of the bridge is obtained, and the deformation trend of the bridge will be drawn.
