Electric power systems usually include many subsystems which are correlated with each other, resulting in various complexities and dynamics in power systems. This presents a major challenge to electric power daily dispatch planning. As the deterministic planning model is difficult to robustly reflect complexities and uncertainties, uncertainty theory plays an important role in electric power daily dispatch planning, which can be used to improve the robustness of planning problems. Therefore, uncertainty optimization method will be applied to the electric power dispatch panning in my thesis. It will provide technical means for the electric power dispatch under uncertainty and will be conducive to the efficient implementation of China’s energy-saving and emission-reduction policies,In this thesis, the thermal power generation, the wind power, photovoltaic and pumped storage are considered. On the basis of ensuring clean energy priority, an interval-parameter electric dispatch optimization model will be established, and a detailed result analysis will be provided. Based on the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process method, a comprehensive evaluation system will be established for optimization of power dispatch, which is useful for evaluating the scientific rationality of optimization results.
