GIS compact structure, cover an area of an area small, low noise, the event of a failure will not fire, equipment maintenance cycle is long, the advantages of high stability, is an important equipment of substation in smart grid. While there are many advantages, high voltage switch cabinet is short, because of the high voltage switch cabinet inside with a high intensity of electric field, in the event of failure is easy to cause partial discharge, not only affects the insulation of high voltage switch cabinet, and may cause more serious electric power operation fault.As high voltage switch cabinet in the domestic more than 10 kv,35 kv substation deployment in large Numbers in use, can timely detect the partial discharge in high-voltage switchgear, has gradually become the important embodiment of the domestic power grid maintenance ability, to improve the ability of power grid running smoothly has the vital significance. Early detection methods of partial discharge in high-voltage switchgear is relatively backward, needs a lot of artificial inspection, and testing will affect the normal work of the high voltage switchgear, low test efficiency and precision is poor. With the deepening of the research and use of high voltage switch cabinet, put forward a variety of new methods of high voltage switch cabinet open partial discharge detection, acoustoelectric joint partial discharge test is relatively advanced detection methods, this method is the first to use UHF sensor high-voltage switchgear about parts of the partial discharge detection and determined, and a combination of UHF sensor, ultrasonic sensor for high voltage switchgear second detection, determine the specific parts of the partial discharge.Jinzhong power grid, this paper takes on the deployment, use of high voltage switch cabinet and partial discharge fault detection as the research object, introduces the research status at home and abroad, the high voltage switch cabinet, on the basis of partial discharge fault location method, introduced the acoustoelectric joint partial discharge detection technology, the design of the portable acoustoelectric joint high-voltage switchgear partial discharge detection equipment, the system hardware includes the uhf sensor circuit, ultrasonic sensing circuit, high frequency current sensing circuit, signal acquisition unit, power frequency superhigh speed synchronization acquisition module and low-speed function modules, such as synchronous collection module in the process of data signal processing, the system USES the high-speed segmented collection and storage technology, the synchronous acquisition technology, synchronous phase calculation method, and based on the time-frequency characteristic analysis of multiple source separation technology, partial discharge is relatively simpler steps and high precision. Jinzhong power grid using the device to the jurisdiction of the high voltage switch cabinet safety checks, discovered the east view 35 kv 220 kv substation busbar switchgear,35 kv line three sheng Ⅱ 378 switchgear etc. Several pitfalls of partial discharge in high-voltage switchgear, achieved good practical effect.
