Solar power has been the primary power of development and utilization of society due to its advantages. The system of photovoltaic power generation is the main way for the solar energy utilization. The inverters directly affect the efficiency and quality of inverter which as an important part of the photovoltaic power generation system. The investigation of advanced control algorithm is a main way to improve and increase the performance of single-phase inverter system. In this study, we investigated the method of supported vector machine inverse control and used it to system of single phase inverter control.Firstly, the single-phase off-grid PV inverter was introduced and the micro-inverter topology was studied. The design and realization of the SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) was also explained. Base on the mathematical model of inverter using topology structure, the results of the frequency-response analysis was obtained by using transfer function. Through the theoretical analysis of circuit topology structure combination of actual circuit components parameters phase, we used cell library of the matlab/simulink platform to establish the simulation model of micro-inverter system. Based on this, we investigated the reversible inverter system in this study.Afterward, the theory of support vector machine and regression principle were introduced and considering characteristic that the Kernel function parameter selection of support vector machine regression results have important implication, then the optimal parameters were confirmed by using particle swarm optimization algorithm. On the basic of analyzing the control system structure and its characteristics, the inverse control method based on support vector machine was researched and its process of construction was explained.Lastly, the simulation experiment of micro-inverter using supported vector machine was performed for different work condition, and compared with PI control algorithm and the inverter control effects. The compared results showed the control of compound control algorithm which has better adaptability and robustness.
