Design Research On Efficient Office Space Environment

We live in a rapid development of information society, the development of informati-on technology make our life and work more convenient, which the pursuit of efficiency has become one of the most important proposition of human thinking. Good office space environment means office efficiency.However, in these respects of people have not enou-gh attention.This paper takes the efficiency office space environment as the main object of study by using the method of literature research, survey method, function and so on.The factors of affecting efficient office was divided into five main aspects through field investigation and questionnaire survey for the the main basic elements of office space.This paper takes the efficiency office space environment as the main object of study by using the method of literature research, survey method, function and so on.The factors of affecting efficient office was divided into five main aspects through field investigation and questionnaire survey for the the main basic elements of office space environment:im-perfect office facilities impacted working population health status results in the decrease of efficiency;inappropriate space distance and unreasonable layout of space and facilities between staff obstacle to improve office efficiency;unreasonable office space color envir-onment may produce negative psychological mood;undeserved illumination design of indoor environment caused visual fatigue and adapt;the air quality under office space environment seriously affected the health as well as the work efficiency.The office desks and chairs that accord with human body engineering and functional and comfortable、office cabinet that receive convenient、office equipment that energy co-nservation and environmental protection in favor of improving the office efficiency of w-orking population based on the research of the influence efficiency office facilities;And that was advantageous to the office crowd kept in good working condition in the conditi-on of good privacy office space distance, the reasonable layout of the office facilities an-d function space.Pointed out that the different nature of the work space of color design should consider the use of space through the study of office environment color effect;the-n summarized three kinds of commonly used office space color atmosphere:light, calm of quietly elegant, meticulous quiet,And discussed the principle of the color collocation of three kinds of atmosphere,at the same time pointed out that the plant configuration was one of the effective methods of flexible adjustment indoor color.Then pointed out that the corresponding types and lighting lamps and lanterns should be chosen for the different working population and nature of work through the analysis of office space ligh-ting environment.We found that the office equipment, office furniture and architectural decoration materials main produced the air pollution in office environment through the analysis of office environment air quality,environmental protection equipment and furni-ture and building materials should be adopted as well as effective ventilation in order to improve the air environment quality.Finally, a small studio was selected for reformation design based on pilot study of optimization measures,then designed a specific case on a practical level.
