Heat exchanger is a kind of device used in all walks of life, and many are parts of process special equipment, special equipment tube sheet is in a special section, which is connected to the integrated area of each member so that the force is more complex, so the correct analysis of specific components of the load state is not only to extend its service life to achieve economic savings, but also to better ensure the safe operation of the heat exchanger in order to achieve the safety of workers and to ensure that the seed tube plate finite element analysis also not very in-depth study. This thesis is based on this premise, this article focuses on tube plate of the f-type U-tube heat exchanger and calculates theoretical knowledge as well as application software ANSYS studies the temperature field and the stress field.This paper studies the mechanical behavior of the tube sheet of f-type U-tube heat exchanger special section.First, tube plate theory calculations of this study will focus on the tube sheet classification, According to the situation of theory’s, mechanical behaviors are calculated. And, in the design data and process conditions are transformed into a simulation model, and then we impose constraints on the model.Second temperature field is analyzed tube sheet, the physical model based on the actual situation of the factory to found a comprehensive numerical model for determining the f-type U-tube heat exchanger tube plate hot places using ANSYS. The model is meshed realistic in order to obtain the temperature distribution of the entire tube plate. Last, through coupled analysis, we can more fully consider the tube sheet around the dangerous working conditions of stress intensity. According to the distribution of stresses in the tube sheet, sequentially a number of paths are chosen to check the stresses, followed by path analysis of the study, and check to assess the strength of the structure according to final data and strength. Through the mechanical state analysis of special parts tube sheet, we can know the possibility of connecting the upper and lower tube plate area of maximum damage occurs.
