The rock belongs to geological and it is under the uncertain environment system, so its mechanic parameters exhibits randomness and uncertainty, the shear strength parameters and deformation parameters are difficult to be described accurately. This paper gived mechanic parameters in the form of range and serached the most value of structural mechanics response based on DE algorithm, this method is proved to be scientific and reasonable.Hoek-Brown criterion with GSI was to be used to estimate the range of rock mechanics parameters based on obtaining rock parameters. And the three-dimensional finite element model of excavating tunnel was to be established to discuss the plastic strain variation of univariate (geological strength index, rock material parameters, rock disturbance parameters, rock uniaxial compressive strength).In the use of different evolution algorithm, MATLAB and ABAQUS software, the optimization platform was to be developed to modify the rock mechanics parameters successively in order to search the most walue of rock structural mechanic.At the interaction of a plurality of interval variables, orthogonal array experiment and continuous call optimization platform was to be used to calculate the plastic strain of country rock of excatvating tunnel to search the most value, and give the primary or secondary factors of orthogonal array experiment based on range analysis method. At the same time, the results of two methods are compared to prove the continuous call optimization platform be scientific and practical.Finally, highway tunnel excavation dimensional finite element model of uncertain parameters was established and used to search the most value of lining’s plastic strain in the use of continuous call of DE optimization platform, moreover, the stress, displacement and plastic strain of surrounding rock and anchorage was to be analyzed.
