The aggregate wind farm model is built in this paper which can reveal the relationship between the output power of wind farm and the change of wind speed.Then the model of VSC-HVDC and VSC-MTDC is built in this paper. The parallel connection and series connection of VSC-MTDC is compare in the aspect of dynamic response using the electric-magnetic transient model in the software PSCAD/EMTDC. A new control strategy is proposed in this paper in the use of wind farm integration which can stabilize the fluctuations of the output of VSC-HVDC.It is imitated that the random wind is blown in the wind farm. In order to stabilize the fluctuation of wind farm output, this paper adopts the Simplex Method and Genetic Algorithm separately to optimize the controller of VSC-HVDC. The results show that these two different ways both can help engineering stabilize wind farm output.Finally, Voltage droop control is simulated in the VSC-MTDC. A hybrid control is proposed in this paper which can be used in the wind farm integration. When the wind speed changes dramatically, this control method can make sure the VSC-MTDC does not oscillate.
