Modern turbocharged technology can greatly improve the overall performance of the engine and has become an indispensable part of engine technology. Research has shown that compared to the naturally aspirated engine, The noise of engine load with supercharger is more apparent. As a core component of the turbocharger compressor, its aerodynamic noise determines the total noise level of the turbocharger. About the compressor, therefore, the analysis of the aerodynamic noise generating mechanism and the research of the turbocharger noise reduction and improve the vehicle’s NVH, ride comfort performance has important practical significance.This research based on the hunan science and technology major projects(2014 fj1013), picked up a small turbocharger compressor of car engine as the research object, based on the numerical simulation of turbulent flow and acoustic analogy method, the type of compressor blade number and the influence of tip clearance on the flow field of compressor and noise analysis research, paper main research work and innovation are as follows:(1) The turbocharger compressor numerical simulation model was established, based on the steady state calculation results, the flow field analysis of compressor and broadband noise, the results show that the compressor blade section, uniform pressure distribution gradient, the impeller design is reasonable; No pressure mutations in tip, the minimum clearance of the tip is small; No backflow phenomenon in the whole compressor, compressor design is reasonable; the sound power In compressor volute and the diffuser lower than impeller, sound source are mainly distributed in the impeller region;(2) On the basis of steady calculation results, the compressor flow field with the transient large eddy simulation, open FW-H equation of acoustic analogy discrete noise compressor aerodynamic noise model calculation, the analysis of compressor imported by the spectrum of noise;(3) The compressor at the same speed, the different number of leaf and tip clearance affects on the compressor broadband noise and blade passing frequency.
