| Along with the great efforts our country has made in infrastructure construction, the quantity of retired construction machinery is increasing as well. Since the retirement of construction machinery products contain many reusable components and resources, the recycling and remanufacturing research of retir ed construction machinery products can not only improve resource utilization, reduce production costs, but also can reduce environment pollution due to retired construction machinery products obsolescence. However, t he recycling and remanufacturing processof retired construction machinery products has many uncertain ty factors, these uncertainty factors have a certain impact on the recycling, transportation and remanufacturing of retired products. Therefore, this paper studies these uncertainty factors of retired construction machinery products from the recycling phase, transportation phase and remanufacturing phase, a nd provides the basis of the related decisions for recycling andmanufacturing process. The specific research contents of this paper as follows:(1) Systematically analyze the construction machinery recovery mode and the effect of recycling mode selection factors, combined with construction machinery recycling and remanufacturing situation, and obtains the recovery mode which is suitable for present situation of construction machinery. Then, use probability density function to describe the uncertainty of the recovery quality quantitatively, and construct the remanufacturing profit game model, get retailers and manufacturers profits, and the influence factors of new products, retail price and wholesale price of remanufacturing products under uncertain conditions of recovery quality, which can provide basis for the pricing of retail prices and wholesale prices of retailers and manufacturers.(2) Analyze the research status of vehicle routing problem, as well as the impact of the vehicle energy consumption factors. On the basis of multidimensional products recycling system of retired construction machinery products, the establishment of a transport path of each recovered recycle recycling outlets quantity uncertainty multi-objective model, this paper established various recycling outlets’ recycling transportation path multi-objective model under uncertain conditions of recycling number, and designed particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the transport path model based on preference information of decision makers and not affected by each objective dimension, which can be directly selected routing scheme of decision makers from the multiple Pareto optimal solutions. A numerical example was conduct to analyze the degree of impact on each target underuncertain conditions of recycling number.(3) Analyze the remanufacturing process of retired construction machinery products, establish a remanufacturing scheduling model under uncertain recycling quality and processing time conditions, and design genetic algorithm to solve the model. A numerical example was conduct to analyze the degree of impact on the production cycle due to the changes of the mean and standard deviation of recycling quality, which can provide decision support for the remanufacturing process. |
