With the progress of human civilization and the rapid development of social economy, energy and environmental problems become increasingly serious, Wind power as a wind this huge reserves of the main forms of renewable energy development and utilization at home and abroad in recent years has been rapid development.While the Permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine with Good adaptability of the grid and high efficiency, etc, has been widely used in wind power field. In this paper, a sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on sliding mode observer is studied. Firstly, the model of salient pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced, through the model to reconstruct, the motor model of permanent magnet synchronous motor similar non-salient pole permanent magnet synchronous motor in the model is obtained, and the basic vector control system of motor is analyzed. Secondly, the sensorless control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on sliding mode observer is studied, and the technology of sliding mode observer is analyzed in detail. In this paper, through effective back electromotive force from the observed value to extract the rotor position information, to improve the robustness of sliding mode observer for parameters. According to the chattering problem of sliding mode observer, the chattering is effectively reduced by combining the low pass filter and the equivalent feedback control method. In order to improve the control precision, a double filter angle compensation method is designed, which can compensate the delay angle of the filter accurately without being affected by the rotational speed. In the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the system is highly dependent on the parameters of the motor, the parameters change will affect the accuracy of the observation results and the system control, the research often use online parameter identification method to improve the control performance of the system. On the basis of the review of the main parameter identification methods, two common parameter identification methods are studied. Finally, the simulation model and experimental platform of Vector Control Based on 110KW are built, the simulation and experimental on the design of this paper are researched.
