From the perspective of practical design, deep researches on some easily neglected problems which affect the calculation of prestressing force secondary moments were carried on, some suggestions were proposed to improve the design and calculation.The influence of axial compressive deformation of prestressed concrete beams on the establishment of frame structure prestressing force and frame column load-carrying capacity was analyzed detailedly, results show that the decrease of frame beam prestressing force becomes bigger with the increase of span number, the long-span frame whose span number is less than two is less influenced, if the selection of column sections is reasonable, such effect can be controlled within 5%; in the design of prestressed frame whose main load is vertical, ignoring secondary moments in frame columns caused by axial compressive deformation of prestressed beams is safe. The influence of prestress pretensioning construction schemes of multi-storey prestressed frame on secondary moments of prestressing force of frame structures was studied, the influence of prestressing force eccentricity of supports at the end of top frame beams on the design of side columns was discussed detailedly. At last, the design and calculation process of prestressing force frame beams and the reasonable arrangement way of prestressed reinforcing steel were demonstrated by calculation and analysis of engineering cases.
