At present, our country is vigorously developing new energy industry, the wind power is developing particularly rapid. When the development to a certain extent, the impact of the uncontrollability of the wind power will be highlighted, which become a resistance to its further development. It is imperative to improve the controllability of wind power output, while the wind farm station level power control is the key to achieve this goal. So this paper takes the wind farm station level control as the research object, separately studies the wind turbine power control strategy, the wind turbine Grouping method and the wind farm station level power control strategy.Firstly, the active power control strategy of wind turbine is studied in this paper. By establishing the mathematical model of doubly fed wind turbine, the operating characteristics of the wind turbine without power limit are analyzed. Then based on the research of wind turbine speed-power control principle and pitch angle-power control principle, this paper put forwards a subsection control strategy of wind turbine in the situation that the wind turbine output power is limited.Secondly, this paper studies the clustering method for wind turbine. With the analysis of the principle and shortage of the FCM clustering algorithm, a improved FCM clustering algorithm based on genetic algorithm(GA-FCM) is proposed. Then this paper proposes two clustering characteristic values of wind turbine, uses the GA-FCM algorithm to cluster of wind turbines. The validity of the clustering method is verified by a numerical example.Finally, In the scenarios that the wind farm participates in the power grid scheduling, a wind farm station level Two stage power control strategy is proposed. This paper separately studies the optimal scheduling strategy for wind turbine groups and optimization model of wind turbines. The example analysis proves that the station level two stage control strategy is effective and feasible.
