In recent years, the photovoltaic industry in product performance and stability, policy guidance and forceful factors under the influence, EPC (Engineer Purchase Construct) market gradually formed, in photovoltaic power station construction, EPC mode created speed in the field of solar energy in China. But in this process, many problems:a considerable part of the EPC project construction project because of the poor ability of risk management, risk management, the scope of the definition is not clear, the price is not high, resulting in the civil and economic disputes and the owner of the loss of rights and interests, thus making the termination of the project construction, ended in failure.Photovoltaic industry construction EPC mode with short cycle, technology and capital intensive, involving a wide range of other features, risk factors and risk factors of recurrent; at the same time, due to the influence of multiple factors and environmental constraints, energy quota system, intelligent power construction, distribution type photovoltaic power plant EPC project risk management methods have different from traditional EPC project risk management method.On the basis of the theory of risk management, combined with the characteristics of EPC general contracting mode, EPC mode of distributed photovoltaic power plant construction project are analyzed; based on the source of risk factors of distributed photovoltaic power plant EPC project analysis, using expert investigation method, find the risk factors by attention to the interests of the main risk categories; then, the application of risk investigation method, risk matrix, fuzzy method to evaluate the risk factors; using traditional methods of EPC project risk response, is proposed for distributed photovoltaic EPC project risk response measures.The risk matrix method and fuzzy method, the risk management technology effectively combing the various risk factors, reasonable use of the relationship among the risk factors, can make the engineering construction Square earlier found their risk before and after the impact of risks, especially the EPC general contracting parties in the risk management process, using AHP and expert investigation method, can let construction parties to actively take the initiative to develop the risk management program.
