Rolling bearing is the basic part of engineering machinery and other machineries;many mechanical faults are ralted with bearing conditian.According to the statistics,30 percent of faults in rotating machinery are caused by bearing.If the bearings are breaking,it will affect the entire operating status of machinery.So it is very important to study the fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing.In the rolling bearing fault diagnosis experiment platform platform debugging process, the emergence of the spindle axle and the low speed problem, in view of the above problems, the proposed corrective measures, also on the dynamic static pressure sliding bearing oil film bearing capacity were analyzed, and to explore the effect of eccentricity, oil pressure and speed of oil film bearing capacity.The essence of fault diagnosis of rolling bearings is to extract and classify the state information contained in the vibration signal, so as to judge whether the bearing is faulty or not.First, I based on the root mean square value, kurtosis index and margin index for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, at the same time, the influence of fault diameter, fault depth, speed, sampling points, sampling frequency and number of faults on the numerical value is analyzed, so as to determine the appropriate speed, sampling frequency and sampling points for the experiment.However, taking into account its bearings can only determine whether there is a fault, can not determine the specific location of bearing failure.I introduced improved wavelet decomposition and improved wavelet packet decomposition,it overcomes the problem of frequency mixing in the process of wavelet decomposition and wavelet packet decomposition.Also, the overall empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) is introduced, which effectively overcomes the problem of the lack of mode mixing and filtering ability in the empirical mode decomposition (EMD),I give two fault diagnosis method:(1)Improved rolling bearing fault diagnosis wavelet decomposition based on Hilbert and kurtosis;(2)Research on fault diagnosis of rolling bearing based on improved wavelet packet energy spectrum and EEMD.And using the data from the Case Western Reserve University Laboratory of the United States to verify.Finally, the design of rolling bearing fault diagnosis experiment platform, manufacture their own fault, and the diagnosis method, also of multiple faults of rolling bearing has also carried on the diagnosis, discovered can obtain good diagnosis effect.
