In the photovoltaic industry chain, the production and exploitation of various solar products downstream upstream crystalline silicon material are more perfect, and there are not much room for cost reduction in the production of battery production,we must find new ways to reduce the cost of photovoltaic electricity industry in midstream components. Cost silicon photovoltaic modules accounted for 26% of the cost, in order to reduce the cost of photovoltaic power,a new low concentration solar cell module was designed, the new battery semiconductor material consumption can be reduced about 50% compared to a conventional battery, the battery was not only to retain the traditional cell module production many advantages, but improved the production process of the new battery has also brought a series of problems, the paper cutting process high fragmentation problem for cells research.Due to the thickness of the cells only 200μm are prone to break. To reduce the breakage rate and enhance the dicing efficiency, first we get the temperature field under different scribing conditions by ANSYS finite element simulation, after we do the laser scribing experiments under different conditions, after the end of the scribe and then to divide cells into strips by outside help. ANSYS simulated instantaneous local temperature reached more than 10,000℃, far beyond the boiling temperature of silicon 2355℃. Analysis found that as the temperature field dicing power increases, a rise in the temperature of the surface of the model; at the same time increases dicing speed, the maximum temperature of the surface of the model is gradually reduced. Experimental Statistics of the 2300 multi-channel separation cuts to give qualified rate of different scribe of, respectively, power, speed, frequency of packets of different groups of qualified Rate of trend, considering the dicing efficiency and success rate and other factors, finally obtained high pass rate dicing parameters:speed of scribing laser frequency 30kHz, dicing power is 16W, scribing speed of 200mm/s. EL image of the front and rear sheet gestures cells laser scribing discovery did not cause cracked broken defect.Experimental verification passing rate of optimal process parameters obtained dicing reaches more than 97%, the battery strips were tested EL, dicing successful battery articles have no cracked, debris, broken gate defects,and those can meet the production requirements.
