Mass-unbalance is one of the main faults of steam turbine unit, as the serious affect of the vibration on normal operation of the unit, researching on recognation and diagnosis of mass-unbalance is of great significance.This paper regards the original mass-unbalance and off-part as the main object, the researching contents are as follows:Based on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis, this paper researches on shedding off and the original mass-unbalance, establishes a perfect system of fault analysis, containing the failure mode, failure mechanism, causes, effects and treatments, which is to establish the knowledge base;Simultaneously, the symptoms of the original mass-unbalance and shedding off are mined and puts forward quantitative methods of different kinds of symptoms, finally,choosing different parameters as data sources of warning and diagnosis module.This paper sets up a perfect warning and diagnosis methods.First, researches on the warning methods based on quantitative of symptoms and fuzzy evaluation matrix, establishes early warning model to achieve the feedback of the running state, and detects the degree of fault in order to put forward the corresponding solutions; signs on the basis of fault analysis, relaying on the quantitative and evidence-reasoning to make establish diagnosis model, and with FMEA and FTA as the basis, reasons the cause of the problem, the fault location and the corresponding treatments.Finally, regards a 1000 MW unit as the research object, respectively, after establishing the warning and diagnosis model, makes the warning analysis and diagnosis with operation and monitoring data of this unit to get the reports of warning and diagnosis, which are as guides for the follow-up maintenance decision-making.
