Economic Dispatch of power system (ED) is the constrained optimization problem while satisfying the system energy balance and operation limit constraints. With the development of electric vehicles and renewable energy sources, traditional economic dispatch model is no longer confined to the traditional thermal power units. There is a new develop for the ED problem. At the same time, the original single objective function can not meet the requirements for the consideration of several factors like renewable energy and electric vehicles, etc. Thus, research for the multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch model for smart grid is important.The paper firstly analyzes the impact that caused by integration of wind power and electric vehicles for traditional Economic Dispatch. Secondly, promote an improved Differential Evolution algorithm, and then simulations are performed for the dynamic economic dispatch model combined with wind farm using the proposed IDE algorithm. Finally, based on the above study, add the idea of quantum coding and logistic chaotic sequence to the IDE algorithm and using the hybrid optimization algorithm to solve the multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch of new wind farm and electric vehicle. The specific work is as follows:1. We proposed the Improved Differential Evolution (IDE) algorithm which adds the local search (Bees accelerated evolution operation) and global search (Bees scout operation) thoughts of ABC algorithm into the DE algorithm; besides that add the idea of quantum coding and Logistic chaotic sequence into the IDE algorithm, and then get the Hybrid Improved Quantum Differential Evolution Algorithm (HIQDE). And ultimately reduce the population size, prevent premature convergence and improve the search performance of the algorithm.2. Promote a dynamic economic dispatch model combined the wind farm. Then Simulations are performed for the IEEE-30 bus example using the proposed IDE algorithm and besides that, compare with other algorithms like ABC, DE, PSO. According to the objective function, the validity of the proposed method and model is also demonstrated.3. Promote a multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch model combined the wind farm and electric vehicles. Then Simulations are performed for the IEEE-39 bus example using the proposed HQIDE algorithm based on the Pareto Optimal Solution. The experiment results show that the paper can help solve the economic dispatch problem combined the electric vehicles and clean energy.
