With the development of China’s electric power industry, electric power system automation has entered a brand new period of development. However, problems that power demand is incompatible with power grid facilities are more and more serious, especially in the weak link of distribution network. In order to improve this situation, China invested heavily in power grid transformation to improve power supply reliability and operation level of safety and economic and provide strong impetus to the sustainable development of the national economy.Nowadays, monitoring functions are emphasized in terms of configuration and implementation principles of distribution network automation system. In this context, a software providing a platform for distribution network line operation intelligent assistant monitoring with short development cycle and low expense. The software could be developed by integrating all kinds of information system resources in the field of distribution network and making full use of marketing and distribution information integrating existing information in system. The software can collect, analyze, integrate and filter topology structure of distribution network,switch device properties, real time current of branch line, distribution current load and other information to implement function of monitoring distribution network line running state in real time and intelligent alarm, which has important practical significance to solve the problem of blind dispatch.This paper does an research on assistant judge method of remote monitoring fault location in distribution network line (especially branch line) fault power failure based on real time load data of metering automation system and business work orders for marketing and distribution information integration system. In addition, this paper make use of main distribution network topology, GIS network topology tracking algorithm, dynamic rendering technology of single line diagram, the main distribution network topology and planned outage of the distribution information integration system and ordered electricity service data to Integrate SCADA 10KV main line fault tripping and real time monitoring data such as variable pressure and pressure. Besides, this paper establishes the research and construction of distribution line remote monitoring and fault analysis of the auxiliary function and realizes real time message, voice alarm and visual display of power distribution network line fault, providing a new way to solve the problem of the fault finding in the distribution network of power supply enterprises in the long term, the problem of the fault location slowly.
