In fusion reactor cooling loop, the coolant with high temperature will corrode metal materials of the loop and generate corrosion products in the form of the metal oxide. Part of corrosion products release into the coolant, and flow through neutron irradiation area with the coolant, and is activated into activated corrosion products (ACPs) under the high flux neutron irradiation. Part of ACPs is carried by the coolant into the equipment of out-of-pile or pipeline, and form external radiation field. Studies have shown that activated corrosion products is the main radioactive source of fusion reactor under conditions of normal operation, shutdown maintenance and LOCA accident, it will have important influence on the staff of radiation protection, the environmental impact assessment, and radioactive waste management.According to the result of literature research, currently, most of ACPs source term analysis program of fusion reactor in domestic and overseas only support calculation for specific operating conditions, specific materials, specific nuclide and nuclear reaction, the main reason is not formed a universal database. Considering the fusion operation condition, alternative materials and the diversity of the nuclear reaction, it need to establish a special database for subtle ACPs source term analysis. This topic is to develop a set of fusion ACPs source term database with comprehensive and user-friendly, and provide data support for application and validation of the independent fusion ACPs source term development program CATE and engineering design and safety analysis of CFETR.This topic has collection, arrangement, analysis and processing for the data of fusion ACPs source term analysis about the material composition, the nuclear reaction type, the corrosion rate and so on, then form fusion ACPs source database that contain four sublibraries. After that the database is applied to the CATE program, and the calculation value is compared with PACTITER with ITER divertor cooling loop benchmark. The results show that the value calculated by CATE procedure is reasonable on magnitude and trends. Then, a special study about whether considering the disappearance of radioactive nuclide with activation reaction for ACPs source term analysis model is made, the results show that the contribution is very small effect so that it can be ignored to simplify the model. In addition, because of the parameters involved in the ACPs source term database has complex type, extensive sources, and some parameters have great uncertainty at this stage, it may have important influence on the calculation results, so it need sensitivity analysis for these parameters. This topic has research and contrast for current sensitivity analysis methods, and then, calculate the input parameters sensitivity for the output with the decoupled direct method. The results show that the ACPs concentration discharge into the environment and the radiation doses of the reactor shutdown maintenance can be reduced by controlling the related parameters of purification system, coolant flow rate and cooling bop temperature.
