As a result, it not only has the function of the conventional transformer isolation, but also can realize the voltage control function and ensure load side can work normally under high quality voltage in case of the original side grid voltage fluctuation, at the same time, it will minimize load impact on the grid. Therefore, in the distribution network, we can directly regulate voltage by solid state transformer instead of other regulating device. Even more important, we can control the voltage without accurate waveform distortion component separation by solid state transformer, And as long as fast tracking standard reference waveform, We can realize the control function.
