The Research On The Renovation Of Building Facade Along Streets Under The Renewal Of Urban Organic Design

During the process of urban renewal and development, building facades along the street has been regarded as priorities, with "The Thirteenth Five Year Plan" renovation has been put on the agenda once again, update of elevation increasingly draw attentions from the leadership, facades are seemed as a window transfer of urban historical information, publicity of the city characteristics, context customs and the beauty of urban style; digging on the building facade organic renovation methods promote our urban renewal theory and explore more directions of the urban renewal development.This paper mainly describes the interaction between urban organic renewal and the street facade renovation, starting from the specific content of street facade renovation, organic renewal theory, visual perception of Gestalt theory and the spirit of place, analysed with Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Berlin and Melbourne City Machine renewal reconstruction of building facade cases, using the summary to architectural facades rebuilding to get some strategies and methods.Finally combining with the facades reconstruction design along the Changjiang Middle Road in Hefei, taking the summary methods we talked above for organic renovation, starting from the specific facades division and details of design process to methods of operation. Based on the basis research, analysis of the value of the facade whether there is a reserved part and the, understanding the functional properties and formal features of the renovation, in accordance with the building outline, building facades and the details were summarized, putting forward keep the raw situation of the building shape and extension of the main form in identification of the Changjiang Middle Road; uniform the veneer wall material, repainted the facades, creating the harmonious atmosphere and space in city both modernity and traditional, take away the place of glass material and color, emphasize the space transition; retention the window form, combined with the appropriate adjustment functional window size and the ratio from length to width; follow the excellent traditional style and modern architectural style; finding the relationship between window, corners and decorative convex, enriching elevation details and facades modeling; in the practical level, providing advices and references for the relevant building facades renovation.
