Aerostat is a kind of aircraft that lighter than air, now the aerostat has been widely used in the field of environmental monitoring, and the air tightness of the aerostat ballonet is related to the performance and safety of the aerostat, so it is necessary to carry out the research on the air tightness of the aerostat ballonet. The traditional water detection has been unable to meet the requirements of the accuracy of the ballonet leak detection. In this paper, a set of detection system of air tightness of the aerostat ballonet is designed to carry out experimental study on air tightness of the aerostat ballonet.In order to analyze the relationship between leakage flowrate of the aerostat balloonet and factors including temperature, differential pressure, leakage time, establish the mathematical model between leakage flowrate and its factors, a set of reliable air tightness detection system is designed in this paper. Firstly, a set of multifunctional leak detection test device of the aerostat ballonet is built, to simulate the changes of temperature, differential pressure and others factors under atmospheric environment, and the corresponding selection of main components in the test system including all kinds of sensors and electro-magnetic valves is also conducted. Then the hardware system of the detection system is designed, the STM32F103 series ARM microcontroller is selected. Then the software system of the detection system is designed, the Visual Studio.NET is selected for the integrated development environment, the C# language is used as the main programming language, and the main control program flow diagram and the man-machine operation main interface of the software system is designed and developed. Finally, experimental study is put up on the detection system of air tightness of the aerostat ballonet using orthogonal table to arrange the temperature, initial differential pressure, leakage time, and the mathematical model between the leakage flowrate and temperature, initial differential pressure and leakage time is established by multiple linear regression to quantitatively analyze the relationship between leakage flowrate and its influencing factors.
