With the macro policy guidance of the new rural and beautiful countryside, more and more local governments and investors have put eyes on the country. They plan scenic area, to carry out leisure and vacation, eco-tourism, sightseeing agriculture and so on, in order to achieve industry nurturing agriculture and Urban-rural Coordinated Development.The scenic area overall planning of Maluan River in Shuangyao village,Guangxi has come from the project of urban comprehensive ecological demonstration village in Nanning city 2015. Its purpose is to protect high-quality landscape resources of Maluan River and its surrounding area, to develop water tourism and connect village tourism,to build a comprehensive eco tourism scenic area;to become a representative of the local landscape.This paper studies theoretical research and practical experience home and abroad on scenic area planning, rural construction, the relationship between scenic spots and villages. The applicable concept and method that refined form the study provides a theoretical basis for the scenic area overall planning of Maluan River.I choosed Wuhan East Lake scenic area, scenic area of West Lake in Hangzhou, Nanxi River scenic area, The Lijiang River Scenic Zone at Guilin, Banff National Park for case analysis.The five cases are fully used for reference in the specific planning practice,such as the planning concept, scenic spots arrangement, functional layout, tour line design, resource conservation,the coordination between scenic area and residential areas.The scenic area overall planning of Maluan River in Shuangyao village,Guangxi is mainly based on the field investigation, the basic data analysis and the requirements of relevant national regulation.The main contents include The main contents include the overall planning, special planning and the design of the main scenic spots.The Maluan River scenic area has a total area of 527.3 hectares,728.9 hectares outside the scope of protection.Combined with the actual situation,Scenic area is divided into one or two, three protected areas, the periphery protection scope and the village development control area, the different protection zones adopt different control management measures.The scenic area overall planning of Maluan River has the theme of "A Gallery Of Ten Miles Scenery · A Village Of Rivers And Lakes".The planning Makes Ma Luanjiang as the core to carry out water sightseeing, water tourism and water leisure.Based on the transformation of villages along the river,the scenic area has been partitioned to seven senic partitions and twenty-seven senic spots.Mountains and rivers is the main landscape of the Maluan River scenic area. The planning of typical landscape is composed of vegetation landscape, water landscape and architecture landscape. The planning of tour is composed of five tour routes,as the water sightseeing route, eco and health tour route, delicacy tour route, fishing experience tour route, leisure farm tour route.The planning consider water tourism as the axis,to connect the village tourism,and intergrate the scenic area and village.
