In the process of pumping stations, water pump load based damage to the pump room is the most common problems, the long-lasting force load had a great influence on the interior of a pump, pump load will also affect the safe and reliable operation of pump station.Water pump station of pump room of the pump unit support base for reinforced concrete floor, belongs to the typical flexible support infrastructure. Due to large pump room span, stiffness is relatively low, the pump unit eccentric eccentric mechanical force, electromagnetic force, uneven fluid forces, single or combination of factors such as construction installation error, will cause the pump base damage, resulting in collapse of workshop structure as a whole or partial, so as to endanger the safety of the structure of pump house.Current of pumping station load effect on the strength basis and evaluation analysis method is not perfect, there are still some defects in different degree, research content and the actual situation has certain discrepancy.Based on the New Sudan-Amri pump station as the background, the pump unit load with flexible foundation for analysis of the problem, the flexible foundation and pump unit under normal operation conditions of deformation and stress distribution, and reserves evaluation infrastructure system safety. Particle flow code (PFC) software mainly adopts discrete element of floor is simulated under the action of the water conservancy analysis, mainly discusses the problem of stress and deformation of the floor slab, and compared with theoretical calculation of the displacement curve made, proved that the discrete element software for simulation analysis of the adaptability of such problems. Floor on this basis, the analysis on stress deformation process of energy change, from the perspective of energy to analyze hydraulic mechanism of the floor slab, find out the basis of crack law of development, for the optimization design of the structure of the pump concrete technical basis, to ensure the pump unit and basic structure of system of work safety and reliability.
