Foamed cement composite panel is a building board of cold-formed steel frame,which is called Taikong panel for short and based on the foamed cement innovative technology.It includes all the excellent properties like light weight,energy saving,sound insulation and heat insulation. With the social trends of housing industrialization and energy-saving building, Taikong panel has a broad development prospect.In recent years,Taikong panel is to develop the field of civil construction.The biggest difference between the application of Taikong panel in civil construction and industrial construction is the wall.In civil construction,the wall is the main bearing member of the house,which is quite different from the non-load bearing wall of industrial construction in the respect of mechanical property.Thus,foamed cement composite wall should be the main object of study.Firstly, based on the previous test about foamed cement composite wall under the vertical load and horizontal load, the paper researches and analyzes the mechanical property and the collaborative work mechanism of each component.The results prove that the bonding strength between surface and steel frame is the key to determine the bearing capacity and stiffness of wall.Secondly, through the finite element software ABAQUS, the paper establishes the finite element analysis model of the wall. The loading process of specimen is simulated by the means of nonlinear analysis reasonably.Then the finite element analysis result is compared with the test result with the aim to prove the rationality of the finite element analysis model.At the same time,based on the validity of the finite element analysis model,the vertical loading process of specimen B8 is simulated to obtain the vertical capacity and failure mode.Finally, the paper presents practical design methods for the system of foamed cement composite panel.The conceptual design and structural calculation is studied,the calculation model is also presented.To prove the rationality of calculation model,the design shear of wall is derived and compared with the the maximum shear of the test. At the same time,a design example is given to show the design procedure and method of foamed cement composite wall.
