Compressor air is the second power energy only to the electricity, also is the industry air source which has the variety of uses.There are three methods to disposal the compressor air to be dried in the industry as follow:1.The use of compressed gas partial pressure of water vapor by the characteristics of the compressed air temperature is decided will be cool dehydration;2.Deliquescent characteristics of the use of certain chemical substances dehydrated and dried;3.An adsorbent for water vapor in the compressed air has a characteristic of selectively adsorbing the dehydrated and dried;Now generally use the third method to deal with compressed gas, the existing adsorption dryer mostly use couple-towers structure and timing cycle control, the process adsorption- regeneration of every tower is in order to provide the continues dry air. But effective monitoring of real-time is difficult to keep the sucking machine running in the optimal state; we cannot guarantee the stability of product gas quality and will result in the waste of energy.Analysis of current situation, this dissertation is developed a novel type of micro heat regeneration drying system controller, mainly to solve the following problem:1.While there is stable air provide to the end-user by the micro heat regeneration dryer system, how to make use of it rationally and effectively, and grantee the regeneration air quality stability in the meantime.2.How to ensure the regeneration air will not cause the problem in security terms because of the overheat when using the micro heat dryer system.In order to solve the two problems above, in the process of this thesis mainly adopts the adaptive method to guarantee the quality of product gas and flow, reduce the dosage of angry again at the same time, and maximum saving energy; adopt heating overtemperature alarm and automatic plus heat power,tripping protection measures to solve safety problems caused by overheating.Dedicated controller has solved the new expected to solve two technical difficulties: online dew point measuring instruments to provide adaptive optimization algorithm of the parameters, realized the regeneration gas production process time parameters real-time adjustment, reached on the basis of guarantee the quality of the finished product gas, reduced gas consumption and shorten the heating time gettingangry, maximum saving energy;Temperature sensor failure or heating parts, heater power open automatically tripping, cut off the power of the heater, the micro heat run into no run to ensure the security of the system.Micro thermal regeneration drying system dedicated controller has been mass production.
