The aeromagnetic detection Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) are the major project carried out by the national 12thFive-Year Plan for deep exploration. UAV power system as the energy source of the unmanned aerial vehicle and other equipment is the most basic part of the entire UAV system, whose reliability and stability directly affect the performance of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System. Therefore, the development of UAV power system with high power density, high efficiency, high reliability, small size and light weight is very important.Firstly, by the analysis of the commonly used multi-output switching power supply topologies, the single-ended forward topology suitable for this topic is studied and analyzed. Besides, several key technologies of the multi-output forward converter is analyzed and discussed, including magnetic amplifier technology, magnetic reset mode and synchronous rectification technology. The working process of the active clamp forward converter with synchronous rectification is described in detail.Secondly, according to the previous theoretical analysis the design of the UAV power system is completed. The design of power stage circuit include the power transformer, the active clamp circuit, synchronous rectifier, output filter circuit and the specific design method of magnetic amplifier circuit; the design of control circuit includes UCC2891 control circuit and its peripheral circuit, TL431 feedback loop road and side roads output magnetic amplifier feedback loop; the design of the power management module includes introduction of the managementchipATmega16, temperature compensation circuit and RS485 communication circuit.Finally, the saber simulation software is used to verify the key parameters of the power system. An aviation UAV power system prototype of the 72 V input, the main road 6V / 20 A, roads 24 V / 10 A output is designed based on the theoretical analysis and simulation verification, which includes the laboratory countertops experiments, reliability testing and field testing experiment. The simulation results shows that aviation UAV power system designed in this paper has small volume, light weight, high efficiency, stable and reliable output voltage, which is suitable for the requirement of the project.
