Electrical vehicles are technically featured by energy saving and environmental protection and have broad development perspectives. To build tradit ional single-function charging station, exchanging battery station or battery storage station is restricted by the factors such as rare land resources, limit ed battery utilizat ion and high operating costs, and can not be popularized on a large scale and operated commercially. Therefore, it has many advantages to build charging discharging storage integration station by combining the function of charging station, exchanging battery station and battery storage station. In this paper, we propose a design of integrat ion station, illum inated the functional division and coordination relat ion of each subsystem, and discussed the demands to integration station for vehicle and power grids operation. In order to make a quantitative analysis, we build a precise model of automotive Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery, which can simulate steady-state, transient characteristic and capacity characteristics of the battery, and further be applied in the modeling of integrat ion station system. Besides, we built a multi-functional converter model, which adopt the methods of double loop hysteresis comparison and voltage loop hysteresis comparison to control the PWM and Boost-Buck circuit. We design the multi-objective function optimizat ion, and formulated the operating and dispatching mode of the integration station. In the end, according to Jiading power system operating data and bus exchanging battery load, we design local integrat ion station’s capacity scale and dispatching mode, and make simulat ion of the optimized dispatch operation. The results show that our design and dispatching mode are reasonable and be able to meet the demands of vehicle dispatch and power grids’ operation. It is a well development mode of the energy supply for future electrical vehicles.
