In the ordinary course of engineering design, structural is to give structural design program based on the engineering design experience and theory of mechanics. And then build the structure model, uses structural calculation program on the given project for structural analysis. On the basis of calculation results, to determine or not is satisfies the requirements of stiffness, strength and details and other aspects of specification. Since tall building structures feature more floors, large investment, long construction period, stress complex, high cost of structure, time and space efficiency cost is relatively high, whether to carry out structural optimization will make great impact, therefore, super high-rise structure should not only meet seismic and safety requirements of normal use, also ensure reasonable force and effective use of materials.This paper studies semi-hybrid structure of steel reinforced concrete columns frame-concrete core wall system, based on ―Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building "(JGJ3-2010) and ―Code for Seismic Design of Building"(GB50011-2010), and put forward selection methods of seismic performance objectives and requirements for detailed classification analysis of member performance. In line with the ductility design requirements and analysis of a reasonable set of SRC-RC vertical hybrid transition through performance-based design methods, shows how to take appropriate measures to meet the seismic performance and ductility seismic requirements, set SRC-RC column framework to improve the seismic performance of the structure, reduce the bottom of the column section, and to provide more space and obvious comprehensive benefits.The main subjects in this thesis are as follow:This paper makes calculation and analysis on the projects of super-tall frame- core wall structure by using PKPM series software, check rationality of structural system and reliability of calculation results by using Etabs software. Evaluate the overruns in this kind of structure.To select appropriate performance goals for architecture by using analysis method based on performance design, analyze force state structure of each stage through computing the structure’ multi earthquake, earthquake and rare earthquake fortification, and make the structure meet the performance requirements under each fortification level by reasonable structure layout and structural measures.Through this instances, Seismic strengthening measures and structure calculation method is put forward, according to the lack of integration of frame-core wall structure by considering the seismic unfavorable factors and the key technical problems. This paper summarizes the effective measures and methods of analysis of SRC-RC transition settings, through the economic comparison to prove the advantages of this structure, and verify its feasibilities by using the method for structural performance design, and provides a reference role in the seismic design analysis of the similar high-level and high-rise buildings...
