With the continuous expansion of the size of power gird, the power grid is improved, but partial grid or equipment fault will increase the risk of large area blackout.The proportion of lost loads and lost users because of single equipment fault or automatic safety device action is rising. Under this background, the arrangement of normal operating mode, the relay match and emergency operating mode adjustment are very important. Integrated power grid structure, advantageous operation method and reasonable relay match can improve the reliability of power grid, decrease the rate of fault. This paper mainly investigates operation method optimization strategy and relay match, emergency operating mode adjustment as well, focuses on operation method optimization strategy, relay match, eliminate the flow exceeding after a grid accident and power supply recovery scheme, which satisfy the flow restriction conditions and power dispatch regulations.This paper aims at operation method in recent years of regional power system, states the restricted relation between method and relay math, and combined these changes with dispatch operation to draw the conclusion including emergency operating mode adjustment, operation method optimization strategy and decrease the grid accident time.Partial gird exists the risk of flow exceeding after grid accident. These strategies are exactly caculated before use, so can supply the dispather with professional support.The BPA software is used to catulate and optimize operation method, the comprehensive anti-misoperation system is used to emergency operating mode adjustment. These results are applied to draw up the annual operation method, the annual relay scheme, fault clearing scheme and dispatch operation regulation.and are also used to advise on power grid plan and construction.
