At present, the domestic major air conditioning manufacturers such as GREE, Media, Panasonic, in the production process of air conditioning by manual handling, distribution, installation. Which the compressor as a major component of the air conditioning, the weight is generally more than 15 kg, large central air conditioning is weighing tens of kilograms, using manual handling of the way to install with hard work environment, low production efficiency, safety accidents occur. In order to replay people from the working environment of the high strength liberation, this paper introduces the vision guided industrial robot to complete the assembly of the compressor to achieve machine substitutions, and ultimately for enterprises to save costs and improve production efficiency.In this paper, the application of robot vision guided technology is introduced in detail. The system uses vision processing software to complete the automatic identification, positioning, calibration of images.. The overall layout design of the robot vision system and the design of the compressor fixture are completed by SolidWorks. The feasibility and reliability of the system are simulated. The Studio virtual and Microscan are used to design and debug the camera calibration software. The research is about the technology of image feature learning, matching and robot communication.After a month use of the test, the overall function of the system is stabile. Success rate of installation to ensure the above 90%; installation error is controlled in 3mm; Installed process is controlled in 18 seconds. To improve the level of industrial automation production, while reducing labor costs and bring greater economic benefits for the enterprises. |
