| There are many factors that affect the pass rate of castings in the casting production. In order to improve the small capability steam turbine generator aluminum fan blade casting product quality, optimize the casting process of the blade, in terms of the thermal dissipation are studied. Thermal dissipation mainly reflects on the temperature, therefore, this article mainly from the aspects of temperature and heat transfer problems on the reduction of the fan blade casting defects, and optimization of process parameters and process improvement measures are put forward.At first, under different melting temperature and the presence of nitrogen protection conditions, this paper studies castings of smelting casting quality fit and unfit quality which the aluminium alloy fan blade in the steam turbine generator; also studies Zl402 metal liquid hydrogen content under different thermal refining temperature and whether there is a protective gas conditions. And getting conclusions are:( 1) the higher the melting temperature, the higher the loss of metal, the bigger the casting defects, in the case of other technical operating inconvenience, porosity, pore rate, inclusions and osteoporosis increases with melting temperatures.(2) heat preservation temperature, the higher the melt hydrogen content.(3) ZL402 turbo generator fan blade optimum melting temperature of 750- 760 ℃, thermal refining temperature of 680- 700 ℃, refining time for 20-30 min, and the purity 99.997% of dry nitrogen gas as shielding gas.Then, through the analysis of steam turbine generator aluminum alloy fan blade casting mold casting process, using the uniform test method for casting filling parameters of the uniform design of experiment, through the simulated test of Pro-CA, using Ans tools before and after the simulation optimization casting filling process, finally got the optimum pouring time, pouring temperature and the sand mold preheating temperature. It’s optimal filling mould pouring temperature is 685 ℃, sand mould preheating initial temperature is 200 ℃, pouring the filling time is 4.3 S, which the fan blade of turbo generator in Zl402.Finally, from the aspects of heat transfer analysis of turbine engine aluminum alloy casting defects of fan blade causes of the heat cracking. Putting forward the relevant measures which to prevent cracking that: add cold iron at blade root; three slots be added arround the blade, that for temperature control. In this paper can provide the casting process for which the high quality Zl402 fan’s leaf in turbo generator. |
