| With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the traffic volume is increasing fast. So is the diversification of models, it becomes especially larger and overloading. At the mining cables and coal lines, the heavy traffic has been growing. Because of vehicle overloading and the overload effect, the majority of roads and bridges built is now damaged heavily. This greatly shortens the service life of roads and bridges. T reinforced concrete beam is widely used in bridge structural style. So the reinforcement design and construction technology research of the T bridge beam in concrete is of extreme importance.This research based on the overloading of Qin highway traffic characteristics, which is located in Qin Long town and also an important part of Jing Shen highway, is about the maintenance and the construction technology of the ordinary reinforced concrete T beam.First of all, the traffic and the load situation have carried on the investigation and study in this article in order to analyze the difference between the actual load and the design load during the period of the service. According to the load investigation, we can determine the operating load model and analyze the influence of the actual operating load on the bridge structure. Secondly, by means of the analysis of crack, corrosion and other diseases, it becomes possible to determine the type of the main diseases and analyze the cause of various diseases. At last, the content of the bridge bearing capacity problem can be gotten.Then, based on the reinforcement scheme comparison and analysis and the actual condition of the bridge, the feasibility of various reinforcement scheme is compared and demonstrated. And the final scheme is determined by construction technology and economic issue. To ensure that the structure of the old and the new can work together, we design and select a series of construction technology. Then, based on the static and dynamic load test, the bridge reinforcement effect can be evaluated. The layout of reinforcement is demonstrated and compared from the construction and the cost and finally some bridge reinforcement schemes is identified. To ensure the old and the new structure work together, the suitable constructive technology is designed and selected. Then, we evaluated the reinforcement effect of the bridge. |
