Thermal power unit is composed of boiler, steam turbine and generator. Thermal power unit is a typical thermal object with large delay and strong coupling, multiple-input multiple-output characteristics. Due to the dynamic performance of the unit affect the physical properties of the structure, operation mode and operating conditions, the external environment, and many other factors, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, model-based controller is difficult to achieve satisfactory control performance. In this paper, using the data from the unit online operational data, without the need to establish the exact mathematical model, using the theory of iterative learning control to carry on the thermal power plant unit coordinated control study.First of all, at home and abroad on the unit coordinated control scheme on the basis of the analysis and research. Analyzes the coordination control of unit operation parameters under various working conditions and the data changing rule and repeatability, using iterative learning control theory research unit tracking control algorithm. The main contents include:1) Unit dynamics model is established, and the use of bias linearization method linear processing;2) Unit of iterative learning controller was designed, and theoretically analyzes the convergence of the control system based on compression mapping method;3) In view of the unit in the actual process of initial condition is not completely repeated phenomenon, the improved iterative learning controller is designed, the control algorithm is given in theory and the analysis of convergence;4) Through the MATLAB/SIMULINK to build simulation platform for simulation have been carried out to verify the proposed algorithm. The results show that the effective use of iterative learning control can duplicate information Unit, to achieve high-precision tracking control a limited time.
