With the continuous development of chinese aerospace, new payload is applied more and more, especially in the space environment detection satellite. The electric field detector is a device for measuring plasma environment. At present, the space flight validation of space electric field detector consists of double probe and electron drift type, the double probe electric field detector with measurement of wide band, the advantages of high measurement precision, it is the main technical means of the current space electric field detection. Double probe type electric field detector is divided for active and passive, and active electric field detector can insert sensor a range of bias current, which could improve the precision of space electric field detection. Chinese first satellite seismo electromagnetic satellite will be equipped with double probe type electric field detector.This paper is based on the foreign space electric field with full investigation, introduced the main technical indicators, the measurement principle and system main components of foreign application has been achieved, and the present situation of the space electric field detection in our country. Summarized the technology development trend of spaceborne space electric field detector. Firstly, the basic principle of double probe type electric field detector data acquisition system, system structure and main function is proposed in this paper, and then the overall scheme of the data acquisition system, basic structure, basic functional requirements and technical indicators, and the hardware, software and other aspects of a more detailed design is proposed. Finally, the main technical indicators of the test methods are described in detail in this paper.Testing, verification results show that, the payload data acquisition system design is correct, it’s performance can satisfy the demand of detecting payload, achieve the expected function and performance requirements, for the future research and development of various new payload has a positive role in promoting and reference value.
