In this paper, the suspension loading outside test study was carried out for RC Composite Floorslab with Precast Ribbed Bottom Panels(CSPRPs) and Cast-in-situ Floorslab with double span two-way slabt. The mechanical characteristics of CSPRPs and Cast-in-situ Floorslab were compared, and the CSPRPs’ bonding performance of the composite interface was calculated and analyzed, meanwhile we have carried on the ABAQUS finite element simulation to test. The main content is as follows:(1) Two consecutive across two-way reinforced concrete Cast-in-situ Floorslab and two cross prefabricated two-way RC Composite Floorslab with Precast Ribbed Bottom Panels was carried out in situ out-of-plane hanging load experiment study. Between the cast-in-place floor slab and CSPRPs adjacent separated with foam plate casting to avoid both influence each other,and suspended load is the standard concrete solid block of code to the suspension of the reinforcement cage to load, and reinforcing cage hanging on the steel strand in the embedded in the floor in advance.This experiment mainly studied the CSPRPs two-way performance,meanwhile analyzed the strong and weak direction stiffness, as well as the composite bonding performance.By observing the phenomenon of test and analysis of test data, the main parts of the load deflection curve, the specimens stress-strain curve.Test results show that the CSPRPs floor in accordance with the mechanical characteristics of two-way floor, its strength in the direction of stiffness ratio satisfing certain proportion, through charging one month after unloading the drilling core sample was found that in the center of the composite floor slab and long side span of the composite surface adhesion is well, the floor of the corner of drilling core sample composite surface was off phenomenon.(2) Referring to the test of cast-in-place floor slab and composite floor slab in the development of crack distribution, crack width, the load deflection curve and stress- strain curve on the surface of the composite floor slab of composite failure forms, and composite floor slab deflection after unloading recovery degree, as composite floor stress stage on the basis of failure mode and think the composite floor slab corner composite layer destruction belongs to thehorizontal shear failure.Then further combining with the calculation formula of composite floor slab, the composite floor slab under the conditions of normal use of the value is bigger than design value of bearing capacity, at the same time, the old and new concrete composite surface bond in reference literature is worth to bonding the adhesive power values in this test, and provided.a certain reference for the future engineering design.(3) Based on the elastic thin plate theory, it is concluded that the precast ribbed slab concrete composite floor flexure and internal force calculation formula of composite floor slab of flexure and internal force calculation values coincide well with the test results.To analyze of the forced state of a composite floor take micro dollars for composite floor horizontal shear force and lift force, and the related literature both old and new concrete composite surface bond value, also get the conclusion of composite floor level shear failure happened.(4) Through the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, this experiment conditions of cast-in-place floor and precast concrete ribbed slab concrete composite slab has carried on the finite element simulation.Finite element simulation of the floor, floor, internal force and deflection degree of calculated results, test results is good, for the following simulation study provides a reliable basis.At the same time, change the way of loading to simulate the load added to the top of the composite floor slab, found that the composite floor slab damage will not occur, think that the structure of the current measures to meet the design requirements without strengthening measures.
