So it is very necessary to research and develop the engine combustion analysis system and make analysis on the engine internal combustion, no doubt, it can be used to accelerate the development of the domestic combustion analysis system to be used in the scientific research institutions and the market. According to the test requirements, the overall strategy of the test analysis system is defined.By means of Kistler cylinder pressure sensors, data acquisition cards, high performance filters, combustion analysis softwares(based on LabVIEW), database and mature analysis methods, the reasonable effectively build and debug the test bench. At the same time, it can be done off-line data analysis and processing, mainly covers on point correction, zero drift correction, data smoothing and equalization etc. Combustion analysis function and a lot of combustion measurement information of continuous optimization, so the more reliable and accurate image data can facilitate the analysis of combustion engine development. Economy is an important indicator of the performance of the engine, the cylinder of the engine work is not uniform is the main cause of its economic reduction.The difference of multi-cylinder engine between the each cylinder machinery manufacturing and the air-fuel ratio or the amount of air is not uniform, causing part of the cylinder air-fuel ratio is too thin or too thick.
